Old working app that need an overhaul.

This app is outdated, clunky, and has bugs. But it does a solid job. It is like a DYI box at a dingy old dilapidated abandoned garage. Its not about the miles, its about the mileage.

That being said, an update is needed given the price of implementation at a local box. The price is reflected by increasing dues which is better justified with a better polished app.

Please fix.
