Bad.. Cant even upload a photo from my phone?!

This app, is H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E!!!!!

Its slow, buggy; tried updating info and it freezes.. The layout is bad; for being a paid service on the part of my box I thought they would have it together.. It hasnt been updated since feb 2015, well over a YEAR !

Tried adding a profile picture and the darn app wont even let you access photos from your iPhone.. What the? Who loads picture from the Internet anymore? Im not in high school. Figure this out guys! Get some programmers! Seriously....
