Frustrated and Disappointed!!

I havent been able to upload a user photo for months, in fact the app stalls out when I try. It doesnt give me a gold star for PRs even though it SEEMS to be tracking my strength components-well for the most part. And there is no record of my performance history on WODs that we repeat at my box-even hero and open workouts. I entered and saved my score on 16.1 on 3 separate occasions but its never there when I look it up. Do I need to delete the app and reinstall?
